Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, product launches, supply delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for the shipping method used.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
At this time, we do not guarantee international shipping, shipping to freight forwarders, or shipping to locations outside of the United States unless specifically offered at checkout.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
DoorSkin LLC is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier.
DoorSkin LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. However, if you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to help you work with the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your building office, mailroom, or local carrier office.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at doorskin@bifoldclosetdoorrepair.com.
